As a licensed water and sewerage provider, we're regulated by Ofwat and are subject to the policies and legislation of the Welsh Government or the UK Government as appropriate.
Here you can find out more about the various aspects of economic regulation including links to various documents and information that we are required to publish, such as our tariffs and charges, Annual Performance Reports and Price Review submissions.
Our Scheme of Charges, which sets out the prices that we charge for the various services we provide to different kinds of customers. The Scheme of Charges contains the charges to end-users and are composed of a wholesale element and a retail element. The Schedule of Wholesale Charges shows the wholesale element of the end-user charges.
Annual Performance Reporting
We report regularly on our performance in accordance with our obligations. This helps to provide our customers with information on how we're doing, and for Ofwat to compare our performance against other companies.
This performance information is also used to calculate the rewards and penalties that are applied in accordance with the Outcome Delivery Incentive (ODI) scheme.
We follow a defined assurance framework to ensure that the data we report in the Annual Performance Report, and through other channels, is reliable and accurate. Further information is provided below in our Assurance Framework Documents.
Annual performance reports
Our Annual Performance Report contains information that allows customers and stakeholders to review our performance and to make comparisons with other companies in the sector.
Assurance framework documents
Our Final Assurance Plan sets out the actions we believe are necessary to address any of the risks and weaknesses we have identified.
We regularly respond to Ofwat consultations on regulatory matters. Key consultations are included in our consultation responses library below.
Our Price Reviews
Every five years we develop and submit to Ofwat our regulatory Business Plan, setting out the planned expenditure, the performance objectives, and the level of average bills for the next five years. Information on our last Price Review submission (PR19) is available in the library below.
