Our charges

Each year we set our charges according to price limits that are determined by our regulator Ofwat every five years.

Unmetered

We use the rateable value of your property and calculate the cost for the year in advance.

Rateable Values were used for everyone's bill up to 1990 and were determined by the Valuation Office of the Inland Revenue. Rateable value was frozen in 1990 and has stayed the same since and can be different for every home.
