We have recently published ‘Supporting our customers – working at the heart of our community’, our strategy for supporting customers in vulnerable circumstances.
As part of this, we invited our partners from a range of organisations and sectors to contribute to a workshop, sharing best practise and new ideas, to outline the things we should be doing to implement this strategy to improve our support to customers in vulnerable circumstances.
