If you have an unmeasured account, meaning your property does not have a water meter, you may receive a bill in our new format - from August 2018 onwards.

We’ve listened to our customers and found that sometimes you don’t always understand the bill we send you. We’ve redesigned our bills to make them easier for you to understand. Our new look bill has been designed with the help of our customers through our online ‘Have Your Say’ community.
