If we need to work outside of your property, we'll be sure to contact your directly closer to the time and will be updating the 'In Your Area' section of our website with any specific traffic management plans.

Our contractors

We'll be working with Youngs Brothers and their supply chain to help us get the work done. They'll be working Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 5:30pm, but tsometimes they may need to work outside of these hours and during the weekend to get the work done.

Your water supply during the work

Throughout most of the work there should be no interruption to your water supply. However, there may be times where your water appears a bit darker thank usual. This is quite normal when we are doing work like this and will clear if you run the cold kitchen tap. If there are times when we need to turn off our water for a short period, we will contact you via text message to provide plenty of notice.

Traffic management

Some of the water pipes we're replacing are in the road, meaning that we may have temporary traffic lights or road closures in place throughout the duration of our work. Please be assurred that we'll get the work in the roads done as quickly as possible.

Help us give back

We know that our work can sometimes cause disruption in the communities we are working in and we want to help our customers and local groups make a difference in the areas they live.
