Experience
Lila has over 20 years of experience driving business growth, policy development and stakeholder engagement across different industry sectors including healthcare, and the environment. She currently leads the UK’s largest supply chain membership organisation and challenge-led, independent, thought leadership forums as the Chief Executive Officer of British Water. Prior to her tenure as CEO, Lila was responsible for advising multi-nationals on international opportunities and advising the UK Government on trade policy.

Trustee on the Board of the Chartered Institution of Water & Environmental Management (CIWEM). A member of the Board of Spring, the innovation centre of excellence for the water sector.
