Lead Support Scheme - Customer Application
We're really pleased to be able to support so many of our customers, free of charge, to reduce their lead exposure in drinking water. The Lead Support Scheme is currently fully subscribed, and we are unable to accept any new customers. However, you can still apply for consideration, and we will review your application and endeavour to advise of what support we may be able to offer.

Lead Support Scheme - Additional Information
Our lead replacement scheme is an enhanced service and we do have limitations in what support we can offer. For a full list of limitations to this scheme please refer to the frequently asked questions on our website. We may not be able to support the replacement of lead service pipes in all circumstances, but our team will be available to provide further advice and guidance where this is the case.
