Dwr Cymru (Financing) UK Plc Interim Report and Accounts for the period ended 30 September 2025

Dŵr Cymru (Financing) UK Plc is the issuer company for the Group’s bonds, which are listed on the Luxembourg Bourse. It was incorporated in April 2019 for this purpose and took over all the existing debt instruments from Dŵr Cymru (Financing) Limited in August 2019, following which the latter company was placed into voluntary liquidation. Dŵr Cymru (Financing) UK Plc on-lends the proceeds of any bond issues to Dŵr Cymru Cyfyngedig (Welsh Water).
