Rainscape Community Fund

After almost a decade and over 1.3 million hours worked, we have launched our final £10,000 RainScape Community Fund to give something back to the communities affected by the innovative work.

The RainScape Community Fund gives community groups, charities and schools the chance to get a share of £10,000.

RainScape helps to reduce the risk of sewer flooding and pollution by catching, slowing and reducing the amount of rain water which goes into the sewer network.

To be in with a chance of winning a share in the fund, community organisations are being invited to submit an application for a project that will benefit the area.

Groups have the opportunity to apply for funding of up to £1,000, and the fund will give them the chance to enhance the area they live in, to improve safety or to support education.

To be eligible for funding, the groups must be based within an area that has been affected by a RainScape project, such as Llanelli, Burry Port or Gowerton.

How to apply

The deadline for completed applications is 5pm on Friday, 27th August, 2021.
